We do not accept returns. Once an item is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package.

**All planners are completely hand made by me with the help of some family. We print, cut and assemble each planner with lots of love. Being a perfectionist, I do strive for perfection but I am not a machine and slight imperfections may happen. All planners are carefully overlooked for any noticeable flaws.**

**Please keep in mind that sometimes colors on the screen will differ from the actual product depending on monitor settings.
